MEDIATION AND FACILITATION

Disputes and differences inevitably arise. 

Mediation Solutions Scotland provides independent mediation and facilitation services as a ‘third side’ to enable parties to reach a resolution of their differences either before or after court proceedings are underway.

Litigation is seldom the best solution where parties engage and court process should often be viewed as a last resort.   Unlike court process, voluntary mediation leaves the parties in control of the resolution process which in mediation invariably produces more creative outcomes.

Mediation (which can be set up within days and often last only one day or less) typically produces quicker resolution of disputes and is more cost effective than litigation.
